Shorts Truegrit takes time to thank customers
Shorts Truegrit values the relationships it has with its customers. Some of these relationship have developed over the course of many years, spanning back to when the company was first started.
Company Director, Dominic Robertson, explains the nature of the relationships that Shorts Truegrit has with its customers:
"We're a people company. We've always been a people company. We believe that business isn't transacted on a business-to-business basis. It's done on a person-to-person basis. At Shorts Truegrit, we focus on knowing our customers and we work hard to ensure that they know us. We want them to think of us as trusted friends – friends to be relied upon to get the job done right."
Never too busy to stop and thank its customers for their business, Shorts Truegrit held a customer appreciation day in early June 2008. It invited a number of its customers to a day of clay pigeoon shooting in the wonderful Berkshire countryside. According the Dominic Robertson, 'the day wasn't about business. It was about getting a chance to says thanks to our customers.'
